About Us

The V Spot was founded out of the need for sustainability of our planet and those who advocate for it, but really the foundation and health of communities to engage in a fun and entertianing place.   Plant based/vegan businesses, animal/environmental/human rights adovocates dedicate their time to spread education, and the V Spot seeks to be "The Spot" and foundation where they can land to make connection---in an open door environment for everyone. 

We are 100% grant/donor/sponsor operated to support local community events and keep events accessible to attend for individuals and families.  We are fiscally sponsored through Fractured Atlas, a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit organization. We feature small local businesses and non profits that promote a healthy lifestyle or protect the environment through advocacy.  Currently, we are in a early stages of fundraising.  Donations are accepted for admission to events that go directly to local NFPs that support women and animals.  All of the featured eco-friendly businesses/owners are sponsored as well, creating a space for them to grow and connect with their community.

The V Spot Productions is guided by the values of environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and community engagement.

The V Spot Productions seeks to host a variety of programming events, such as beach and park clean-ups, dance events, movie nights, art exhibitions, community theatre, night markets and educational workshops.  Have an idea for an event? See our Contact Page.

The Veg Out Market is a bi-monthly summer night market where local plant based artisans, artists, entreprenuers, restaurants, and not for profits can gather together and co-create  family friendly, fun, entertaining, and educational sustainable events that promotes advocacy in motion. Currently coming in 2026, this six series night market will feature plant based staples of the Bay Area community, along with up and coming businesses/artists to support economic growth, creation, and inspiration. 

We approve sponsorship to our markets based on the following criteria: All products/services featured at the market are vegan/plant based. All artists who represent themselves as eco-friendly/vegan have stated they identify as such. Some of our artists may not embrace the full vegan lifestyle, but know that this market will only feature their products/services that are fully vegan/plant-based. We do our best to find local, eco-friendly artists to be represented here, as a part of the integrity of our market.

 The Veg Out Market is a fiscally sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a 501(c)(3) charity. Contributions made payable to Fractured Atlas for the purposes of The Veg Out Market are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. If you receive a reward in exchange for your donation, the fair market value of that reward will reduce the tax-deductible portion of your donation. The value of the reward you receive will be included in your donation receipt.
